Want to know what it looks like in a Venezuelan hotel? Yeah… me neither.
If you’ve ever struggled to get connected with a group of people, in any stage of life, I would highly recommend going on a short term mission trip.
My good friend and trip leader Mark tells us all the time that if you’ve ever bought into the “community” aspect of doing life with a group of people, think of a mission trip as a “small group” on steroids. On all of the trips I have taken, I have made life-long friends with every team, as well as the people who live in the countries I’ve visited thanks to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. It’s truly amazing.
So, 4am? Usually for me it’s a no thank you. If it means we get to take a 4 hour drive with some of the dopest people I know, then I’m all in.

God’s ways are mysterious, he has had a mutual purpose with all of us … you have connected as a small group but also have been working example and love of God to many people here in Venezuela ….
we bless and love in the love of Jesús Christ …
